"Avoid this place! I spent 18 months growing out my eyebrows, and the technician completely ruined them in minutes. I told her to ONLY clean up the extra hair. She didn't ask any questions and just started hacking away at my brows, trimming them terribly. I literally wanted to cry in the chair. To make it worse, I had just gotten an eyebrow lamination the day before, and she ruined the whole thing. The technician was an Indian woman wearing a mask. She is completely incompetent and should not be working there. Save your brows and go somewhere else!"

Would not recommend. My wife wanted to get her eyebrows done and they did a pretty bad job. It was a shabby job done - didn’t ask what she wanted, plenty hair still remaining and an added cut below the brows. When asked they said this is how it’s done. She is pretty disappointed.

EM Lash studio streamwood is the place to go for your lashes eyebrows to be honest for all your beauty needs i love this place the ladies are excellent I’m never disappointed when I’m getting my lashes done I refer that every one come here.

Five stars! I love this place. I’ve been going here for years. Heena always takes care of my waxing/threading. But all of the ladies are amazing. They do great work and they are always so kind and accommodating!

The girl who attended to me didn't communicate at all.(how i liked my eyebrows etc)..then when I was paying she rudely asked me to sign whiles I was writing adding a tip. I canceled the tip because of the way she spoke to me.
